Treasure Hunt in Lucca


The Treasure Hunt event is very well-suited for incentive groups and it has proven to be an activity enjoyed by all. An amusing yet challenging and exciting way to discover Lucca. A medieval town centre in great part pedestrian, with its tree – lined Renaissance walls, grand villas, magnificent monuments, high-standing towers and churches at every corner: a perfect setting for a successful treasure hunt! We recommend a brief tour of the city prior to the treasure hunt; after this our guide will brief the group on the details. It is suited for all ages and the teams will be challenged in finding answers to riddles as quickly as possible and then move on from one station to another. A competitive event yet filled with fun and excitement as the teams tour the city in search of its treasures! During the treasure hunt the guides will entertain the group with a delightful performance and if the need should arise they will also provide assistance. Should there be no time for an introductory tour, a simplified version of the treasure hunt will take place. Learn about Lucca’s history in a fun and challenging way!!
Description of the event:
Our guides will divide the participants into teams and an official team navigator will be selected. They will receive history riddles and set off to find answers at stations throughout the city, each one corresponds to the main sights of Lucca. The team will walk down narrow Medieval streets, tip their hat to the celebrated native son, legendary composer Giacomo Puccini, marvel at the square built by Napoleon’s sister, Elisa Baciocchi and much more…..During the treasure hunt there will be a chance to revive at stations enjoying a taste of the traditional Lucchese cake while sipping a glass of wine. At the end of the event, the teams will gather together at Piazza dell’Anfiteatro where a light snack will be served. Another location may be chosen, or it may also take place indoors, i.e cafè, restaurant. In a warm and friendly atmosphere the winners will be cheered by all as they receive a prize.
